The first thing that pleasantly surprised to Bali - a smell, a wonderful smell jasmine rice everywhere. Here a lot of flooded rice fields, it is easy to guess which product is the most popular. In virtually every dish contains rice grains, remains to choose the only addition to the dish. But, of course, there do not eat only rice. In Bali and enjoy different kinds of noodles, vegetables and seafood. In most courses there is chili or peanut.
Perhaps the most frequently encountered among the tuna fish dishes. In this case, the fillet cooked on the grill and complemented with lime, roasted peanuts in oil, boiled spinach, chili sauce, hot sauce, onions and chili, a slice of cucumber, tomato and cabbage, mint leaves and rice:
Tuna also make sharp skewers (satay), which complement the cucumber, tomato, cabbage, mint and chili sauce:
Satay meat with rice, sliced tomatoes, lettuce, tofu, and the pace (like a mild savory biscuits, cooked tofu and beans). By the dish is served with spicy peanut sauce:
Gado Gado - a dish of boiled sprouts, spinach, cucumbers, boiled potatoes and boiled eggs whole. All this is seasoned with a sauce of peanuts:
Vegetarian set consists of gadolinium gadolinium, rice, tofu, tempeh and chili sauce:
Fried rice with seafood and chicken with egg and vegetables:
Balinese curry with seafood:
Rice noodles with chicken, seafood, spinach and vegetables:
Egg noodles with chicken and seafood in the sharp-sweet sauce with egg, cucumber and crackers:
All the above dishes are mainly for foreign visitors. Local themselves prefer something different, simpler and, in my opinion, more delicious. This was one of the following positions.
