The first thing that pleasantly surprised to Bali - a smell, a wonderful smell jasmine rice everywhere. Here a lot of flooded rice fields, it is easy to guess which product is the most popular. In virtually every dish contains rice grains, remains to choose the only addition to the dish. But, of course, there do not eat only rice. In Bali and enjoy different kinds of noodles, vegetables and seafood. In most courses there is chili or peanut.

All the above dishes are mainly for foreign visitors. Local themselves prefer something different, simpler and, in my opinion, more delicious. This was one of the following positions.
